The problem we saw
We believe that businesses aren’t held back by a lack of AI use-cases or tech that isn’t good enough. They’re held back by the challenges of human adoption, data truth, messy systems running old playbooks.

Robelen’s domain is marketing operations with 15 years of leadership experience building scalable systems across retail, marketplaces, e-commerce, and tech.
Before launching CodexLab, she led marketing and CRM functions for startups and enterprise, where she built performance frameworks, automation programs, and cross-functional processes that unlocked speed and scale.
Robelen brings deep insights into the operational challenges of cross-functional teams and the disconnected tools across marketing, sales, customer service, product and tech.
Her vision is to create new foundations on which people can thrive by designing systems that create space for real work.
Matheus Alves
Co-founder & CTO
Matheus is a technologist and AI systems builder with a decade of experience building and commercialising tech products, designing automation frameworks, workflow engines, and scalable backend architecture.
He blends deep technical expertise with a practical commercial lens, ensuring every AI teammate is reliable, governed, and aligned to real business outcomes.
He has built systems used by thousands of users across multiple industries, with a focus on security, stability, and operational efficiency. At Codex Agents, he leads the engineering behind our orchestration platform, translating complex business logic into safe, predictable AI workflows.
His approach is simple: keep the tech invisible, the outcomes undeniable, and the people in control.
